About Center
Provides a multicultural care, treatment, and support program for anyone who has proof from a physician of a positive HIV status. Follows a comprehensive case management model with a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach. Services include a maximally-assisted therapy program for medication dispensing, medication teaching and nursing care, methadone treatment, addiction counselling, outreach services, advocacy, social and leisure day programs, food bank, and 25 portable housing subsidies.
