About Center
The centre will provide an intial assessment for the patients and will also refer them if they need more thorough treatment. The program is based on aboriginal beliefs in spirituality and traditions. The patients have to be at least 10 years old. It is for people who are aboriginal and those who aren’t also. The Tree of Peace aims to make Aboriginal People more aware of their heritage and their civil/human rights, to develop a positive self-image, and encourage students to assert control over their destiny.
