About Center

South Delta values a complete approach to care. We are branching out and partnering with Kathleen Beaton to offer counselling services. Kathleen Beaton is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and founder of Cedar Park Counselling in South Delta, B.C. She holds a Masters degree in Counselling from ACTS seminary at Trinity Western University. She has over ten years experience in counselling individuals, youth and couples at both Cedar Park and Peace Portal Counselling Centers. She has been a resident of South Delta for twenty years, married for thirty years and has two grown daughters. Her counselling work involves the use of emotionally focused and experiential therapies. She brings to her work an enjoyment of people and a desire to help others reach their potential in life, deal with life problems and develop greater relational intimacy and life satisfaction.
