About Center
Offers outpatient addiction treatment for First Nations people of all ages. Services include individual and group counselling, AA meetings, healing and sharing circles, support groups, and wellness program. Prevention activities include drug awareness week involvement, work projects, and alcohol- and drug-free recreational and cultural activities. Rosalie (Irene) Johnson is a member of the Esk’etemc band and has been the Health Director since September 1997 and is responsible for the overall management of health-related and medical based issues and for the development, implementation and supervision of all programs and procedures within the Health Department. All programs related to the Health Department are listed below along with the parties responsible for the program.
