A continuum of non-residential programs and services for youth between the ages of 12 to 18. The services are designed to meet the needs of youth at-risk; and experiencing difficulties such as alcohol and/or drug misuse, street-life involvement, on probation, homelessness, etc. ARC Community Intervention & Treatment Services provides a stream of services that have been integrated to provide a seamless service delivery system to meet the needs of individual youth. Each service component has been developed with specialized program goals and objectives, which are matched to each youth’s individual needs.
