About Center
Action North Recovery Centre is residential drug and alcohol rehab treatment center which has many facets. First there is the 28-day program. This one includes educational exercises (in communication, relationships, etc.). Then there are group meetings, usually gender oriented as sometimes they are more conducive to results. Then afterwards there is a 14-day follow-up to make sure they are stable. Once a person has completed a drug treatment program, he can attend the 90-day long-term treatment. There are also 12 step meetings that occur in the Action North Recovery Centre. There is a cost for Alberta residents of $40/day
