Valiant Behavioural Health is a leading facility in Ottawa, Ontario, that fills a void in the mental health and substance abuse field. Our mission is to help clients recover from dual diagnosis issues through our individualized inpatient treatment program. We understand that addiction is a complex problem that requires a holistic approach to solve the issue. To address the issue, we use a BIO-Psycho-Social-Spiritual perspective in our treatment program.
Our team of qualified health professionals provides a safe and supportive environment to help clients realize their full potential. We prioritize personalized attention, which is why we only take in a maximum of 9 clients at a time. This approach allows us to meet the individual needs of each client. Furthermore, we include 8 individual private counselling sessions each month, these sessions allow us to focus on the specific issues important to each person’s recovery.

Valiant Behavioural Health is proud to offer a comprehensive 90-day program that addresses a wide range of topics that clients face in their recovery journey. Our inpatient program includes topics like anxiety and depression, grief and loss, codependency, trauma, anger, relapse prevention, 12-Step, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and many other topics and modalities. Our program ensures that each client receives the personalized attention and support needed to overcome these challenges.

Valiant Behavioural Health’s serene location in the area of Carlsbad Springs, just south of downtown Ottawa, provides our clients with a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by evergreen trees, our five-acre property provides a peaceful and calming environment that is conducive to healing. The creek that runs through the property provides our clients with a peaceful place to reflect on their new lease on life.
