Clients start their day with meditation or exercise and engage in educational workshops before lunch. After lunch, they have access to various recreational activities such as hiking, personal training, or off-site 12-step meetings. The day ends with yoga classes, Reiki sessions, sound healing workshops, music therapy sessions, movies, and games.
