The program is focused on motivational experiential counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor psychotherapies, which are conducted in a group setting. The program is suitable for individuals who do not require detox and are emotionally stable to engage in counseling. Transportation is provided for scheduled events and essential appointments. For First Nations clients, treatment is covered by the First Nations Health Authority.

The Round Lake Treatment Centre is a specialized rehab facility located in an Indian reserve that offers comprehensive treatment programs for individuals struggling with addiction. With a capacity of 36 beds, the facility provides residential programs that last between five and six weeks, followed by three weeks of aftercare for patients. The focus of the treatment is based on aboriginal holistic healing methods, which includes different therapies such as 12 step programs, individual and group counseling, family therapy, art and nature therapy, yoga, and meditation. The center also has a team of wise elders and 12 step speakers who work in collaboration with the patients to help them overcome their addiction.
