This program offers a unique and comprehensive wrap-around service that includes access to room and board, employment assistance, education support, positive peer support, and case management. The client’s medical and clinical progress is continuously monitored and supported through weekly visits from professionals. The goal of the program is to provide long-term support so that clients can maintain recovery and develop an independent and fulfilling life outside of the facility.

Last Door operates in an urban area and provides a home-like setting for their clients. Aside from the programs mentioned above, Last Door also incorporates practical life skills and supervised daily activity in their programs to help clients connect with their sense of responsibility. Clients are encouraged to develop peer support and camaraderie through group work, directed interventions, peer support, and written exercises. Therapeutic groups explore themes of loss, self-esteem, communication, stress, sleep enhancement, anger, leisure and recreation, relationships, and anxiety management.
